Community partners in BBSR gets 8k cycles 

Under the state government’s urban initiatives programme, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik distributed bicycles to 8000 community partners in Bhubaneswar.

The bicycles were distributed among women engaged as community partners in urban areas such as Jalsathi, sanitary partners, Aahar Karmi and supervisors to make their work easy and so that they can fulfill their work responsibilities.

The program was organised in collaboration with the State Housing and Urban Development Department and Mission Energy Department.

The women who received the bicycle praised the step of government. They are very happy saying that their work will become easy and efficient, also they can reach their home on time.

Praising the work of the women, Chief Minister said that the participation of community partners in different activities under urban initiatives has led to the success of Mission Shakti.The confidence of these women has made Mission Shakti.
