High Court Order Sidelined

Bhubaneswar: We have published about the Lumex Resources Private Limited fraud few days before. Why there is no action and investigation against the company and its owner ? Specifically we wrote that the owners of that company are under safe cover of a senior cop.

How Odisha police disobeys the high court order ? Who is that cop ? By whose influence the total police department is in silent mode in this particular fraud case even after getting probe order from Orissa high court ? Here we publish its second part to draw the kind attention of Home Department and 5T for speedy action and put the culprit behind the bars.

The Lumex Resources Private Limited owned by Rajiblochan Dash and Sonia Tripathy, inviting people for invest including employment in Jindal and other big organisations. They advertise themselves as an exporter of Crome to China. Three more persons are involved in this organisation as Directors named, Himansu Panigrahi, Usharani Panigrahi and Bimal Kishore Padhi.

The company might have cheated many investors, but one huge amount fraud came to our notice after a lady investor named Nisharani Mohapatra lodged complaint in Infocity Police Station. After negligence of police, she moved to High Court. According to reports, Nisha started investment in Lumex and got good returns first. But after days passed there were no returns and no reply from the company as well. Nisha invests around 5.5 cr in 20 installments through bank transactions.

After reviewing all the documents, the Orissa High Court ordered the Twin-City cop to investigate the matter. But it is pathetic that after two months of High court order the Police is silent and the culprits are active in social media and making fun. Who is that super power behind the cheator couple who are freely moving across the country after investigation order of High Court.
