Odisha budget 2023: Finance minister presents budget of Rs 2.3 lakh crore

Odisha Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari on Friday presented the State Budget for the financial year 2023-24 and announce Rs 16,048 crore for the health sector.

Pujari also turn the pages in budget and allotted Rs 30,030 crore for Education and Skills Development in the state. Budget also added that the State government will recruit 1799 junior assistants and 335 Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) at various schools.

While presenting the full budget of Rs 2.3 lakh crore Pujari said steps are being taken for the recruitment of 1799 Junior Assistants and 335 posts of Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs).
