Odisha to keep eye on fake medical practitioners

In order to eradicate fake medical practitioners in the state the government asked to verify certificates of doctors. This is done as Orissa High Court order to identify fake medical practitioners.

As per the latest conversation, Health secretary Shalini Pandit in a letter to all chief district medical and public health officers (CDMPHOs) along with other officials asked them to issue notice to all allopathic doctors to submit a self-attested copy of the valid medical registration certificate along with degree/PG/super specialisation certificates in a proper format.
