Waiting for Right Time to Expose Truth: Archana

Bhubaneswar: Blackmailer Archana Nag once again made explosive statement indicating involvement of many influential people in a sextortion case.

“I have evidence and waiting for right time to open the lid. I won’t spare anyone. I was waiting for ED to reveal truth and I will fully cooperate in the probe. I am ready for probe by all investigative agencies,” said Archana while she was at the Capital Hospital for medical examination before being taken by the ED on remand for interrogation.

Speaking to media for the third time, the accused said, “I have been trapped and I need sufficient time to prove all allegations against me ‘wrong’. When I will speak, entire scenario of the state will be changed. I need only 30 minutes for this. I will speak everything exclusively.”

“I am not a terrorist. The way I was arrested and my family was harassed by the Commissionerate Police, it’s all conspiracy against me. I will speak the truth if given the chance,” she said.

When asked why her business associate Shradhanjali Behera made allegation against her, she said, “Let her come to the front first. If she has courage, let her give proof against me or let her clarify whether she dragged me in the case out of pressure.” Without naming anyone, Archana claimed that she was trapped by two persons.

Worth mentioning, the local court in Bhubaneswar has allowed the ED to take Archana on a seven-day remand for interrogation in a money laundering case involving Archana Nag. The ED is investigating into ‘dubious’ financial transaction in the the bank accounts of Archana and her husband Jagabandhu Chand following blackmailing allegation leveled by Ollywood filmmaker Akshay Parija.

According to the complaint, Archana was involved in a sextortion case. She demanded Rs 3 crore from Parija threatening him of making his objectionable videos and photographs with a woman public.
