XIM University holds awarding ceremony 

XIM University successfully conducted its 3rd Scholarship Awarding Ceremony for undergraduate students. To affirm its mission for excellence and quality, the University has a Scholarship Programme for the meritorious and academically outstanding students in their undergraduate studies.

This year from among thousand students across eight schools having ten undergraduate courses, 165 students from the undergraduate programmes were awarded scholarship by the University. The University spent around INR 1.57 Crores for this noble cause.

Gracing the occasion as chief guest, Additional DG, Railway & Coastal Security Dr.Sudhanshu Sarangi encouraged the students to do better, think better and rich higher. Dr.Sarangi advised the students to work for the greater good of society.

He said, “Free sources of information like social media are very addictive.

The youngsters these days are really interested in making reels.

But everything that they feel good is not really good for them always.

The only source of information which is not available for free of cost is books. So, I request the students to read books.”
